GSU Masquerade Fundraiser

After being contacted by the Student Occupational Therapy Association at Georgia State University in November 2017, I conceptualized two distinct yet corresponding styles for their department’s first ever Masquerade fundraising event. We started with a bright, accessible design for the artwork, incorporating the main theme in a manner easy to add to fundraising marketing materials.

This event was contingent on sponsors and donations, leaving merely a 2 week time frame to get all of the large-scale event artwork conceptualized, completed, and to the printers. Working directly with the event coordinator, I used the current linework from the marketing materials as a jumping off point, directly corresponding the multi-sized prints to the event colors and feel. Instead of table numbers, I gathered a series of quotations designed to enhance conversation and to easily identify seating. The client also used these table graphics to generate interest on social media leading up to the event.
